John is a skilled horseman with close to thirty years experience riding horses and working cattle. He has
cowboyed all across America from California to Montana to the Carolinas - riding, roping and caring for livestock.
During his years in the saddle, John developed a common sense approach to starting colts that makes really nice working horses.
Believing that the horse should be taught instead of trained, John works to help the rider understand the horse as much
as he helps the horse to understand the rider.
John conducts private lessons throughout the year as well as a few clinics in horsemanship, ranch roping and
working cattle.
